We offer FIXED Rate Home Equity Loans with 10, 15, 20 and 30 Year Loan Terms. This product is NOT a HELOC. The rate does not adjust, the payments never change, there is no balloon, there is no interest only payment.
Our product is a Straight no nonsense loan where all funds are advanced at closing. Equal payments are then made for life of loan.
Depending on credit score and loan profile we typically can finance up to 90% of home value. In most cases we will use either an automated valuation (AVM) or Drive-By Appraisal. No interior inspection required. Our program is also available for Second Home and Non Owner Occupied (Rental) Property.
As of February 2023, HELOC Rates have already increased by 4.25% in the last 12 months. Our fixed program avoids the dangerous adjustable feature.
