Effective March 27, 2023 Courtesy Mortgage Company is able to offer the Cal HFA “Dream for All” program to eligible First Time Home Buyers in California. This program provides 20% of the purchase price as down payment assistance. The assistance loan has no monthly payments required, no interest is charged.
Upon refinance or sale, the assistance loan must be repaid. In addition the homebuyer will be required to repay 20% of the home appreciation.
