HARP 2.0 is an improved version of the Home Affordable Refinance Program. Our product offering is designed to include Fannie Mae DU Refi Plus and Freddie Mac Open Access with no overlays. If you have an eligible Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac home loan, we will likely be able to lower your payment or help you to payoff the entire loan at a faster pace.
To be eligible for HARP 2.0 your loan must be Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac owned AND existing Note Date May 31, 2009 or earlier. Below are links where you can check your eligibility.
Many lenders are offering only a portion of the HARP 2.0 program. Although the differences are subtle, they are enough to cause applicants to get denied due to lender specific restrictions despite Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac “Core” Approval. If you have been turned down elsewhere for a HARP 2.0 refinance we would like to offer you a second opinion.
Whether your goal is to save money each month or drop to a shorter term without increasing your current payment, we are here to help you. We will tell you what you qualify for on the first phone call.
HARP 2.0 is available for Unlimited Loan to Value.
HARP 2.0 does not require any minimum credit score to be eligible.
HARP 2.0 is available even with prior major derogatory events, for example prior bankruptcy, short sale, foreclosure or loan modification are all permissible and will not disqualify you from being eligible for HARP.
Please note the HARP program is currently scheduled to expire at the end of 2016. Although this date has been extended several times, the majority of HARP eligible loans have already been refinanced or modified. If your loan is eligible please contact us while the program remains available.
