Prequalification

In the prequalification process, we get a good picture of where you're at and what you're trying to accomplish. You fill out a simple application and we collect basic information about your credit, your income, equity, and what goals you need to accomplish. We then check to see what kind of loan you qualify for.

  • We take your application.
  • We check your credit record.
  • If you’re refinancing, we check the value of homes in your area.
  • We run your information through our system to see if you qualify and how much you qualify for.
Watch out! You need all the documents at the application statage or your loan will be delayed!
